General School Mission

At Gan Yeladim, we value the profession of teaching young children and are committed to the highest standards of teaching excellence. We strive to treat each child and family with respect and love. At our Center we nuture children, embrace families, mentor teachers, and create a caring Jewish community. Our program establishes clear routines and firm boundaries in a stimulating , warm and safe environment.

During the year we celebrate the richness of Jewish life through holidays and festivals. We welcome Shabbat weekly with blessings, songs, stories and dancing. We cherish life cycle events both in classrooms and with families. Family Education is an important part of our program. Holiday booklets are provided to families to enhance your experience both at school and at home. Our overall educational and philosophical mission is to respect all children as "whole individuals" and to encourage them to develop their potential to the fullest.
