Quality of Teaching

Individualized Teaching: From the Director

Small class sizes and high teacher to child ratios allow us to truly individualize learning. We take the time to learn each child's strengths and areas for growth and work hard to design a special program just for them! All of our staff are committed to including parents as true partners in their child's learning.

Home-School Connection: From the Director

We truly believe that parents know their child best and seek to find many ways for parents to share in their child's learning at The Tobin School. We build in three parent-teacher conference times per year, provide two in-depth progress reports per year, and seek to offer many venues for parent and teacher communication; including teacher emails, time to chat at drop off and pickup, and access to our Tobin School MemberHub parent portal 24-7.
