Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

At Cataumet Preschool teachers complete a daily sheet for each individual child in the Infant and Toddler Program. These daily sheets include: diapering information, food consumption, and highlights of the child's day.
In the Preschool and Prekindergarten class a general daily sheet is sent home which includes information about group time activities and any other important facts about the day. The teacher individualizes the notes with a brief description of each child's day.
Cataumet Preschool teachers hold 2 parent/teacher conferences a year to discuss the child's development based on weekly observations of each child.
