Welcome to the Suzuki Preschool of Newton, a non-profit community school. We are located in Temple Reyim at 1860 Washington Street, Auburndale, MA 02466. We now offer an extended day from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The preschool is modeled after the internationally known Dr. Shinichi Suzuki and the Talent Education Program in Japan. We offer an integrated arts program focusing on providing an environment rich in activities and experiences to encourage emerging development in all areas of growth. Our classrooms are warm and inviting and prompt the children to build a world of discovery and play. The program equips each child with basic skills to develop academic excellence, a sense of independence, and a strong emotional self-image. We believe these traits will lead to success in future experiences.

  • Pre-entry meetings with parents at school
  • Abbreviated schedule at start of school year

Handling Separation: From the Director

Our teachers are very experienced in dealing with separation. Getting the child involved in an activity as soon as they walk in the room often eliminates separation anxiety. We work with each child on an individual basis.
