I don't think the toys are cleaned and sanitized daily. I get frustrated when I see kids with colds, minor illnesses, playing with and chewing on the same toys as other kids. I've worked in nurseries and it is possible to keep them separate.

SCCC was by far the cleanest and safest day care I found in my search. The turnover ratio is low, which told me they probably treat their employees pretty well and I wouldn't have to worry about my child having a new teacher every week (even though they do seem to move people around a lot from room to room). I don't know much about the academic program since my child isn't preschool age yet. I wish they had parent meetings now and then to answer questions, go over policies, guidelines, etc. It's really hard to get their attention during the day because they're busy focusing on the kids (as they should), and I think parents need reminders about these things.
