Philosophy & Approach

School Philosophy

General Approach to Learning: Play-Based, Reggio-Emilia

From the Director:

We provide an enriched environment with a balance of predictable scheduling and activities along with plenty of time for children to make choices and to develop social and academic skills through play. Topics and projects emerge over time depending on the interests of the children.

Day in the Life

General School Mission

"It is our firm belief that "Play is the work of children." Each child is a unique Child of God, with his/her individual gifts, interests and abilities. At Faith, our programs recognize that children develop on their own individual schedules and are all "smart" in different ways. Our goal is to nurture children's intellectual, physical, social and spiritual growth through part-day enrichment programs."
