Newly expanded preschool in a Christian Elementary School

Trinity Lutheran School has been at the corner of Roosevelt and Westmore-Meyers for 152 years and offers a flexible schedule between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. in a Christian faith-based elementary school environment.

Full-time schedule cost is approximately $125 per week. Part-time costs and other information are available online at www.trinitylombard.org or by calling Trinity’s office at 630-627-5601.

“At Trinity, we employ the philosophy of free play,” shared Arlene Solyom, director of the preschool and extended care programs. “Our class time contains plenty of structure, but we always include time for children to use their imagination and interact with one another in age appropriate settings.” Teacher assistant Beth Kraegel, noted that, “Preschool provides a wonderful learning environment, but it is also a safe place to have fun.”

The school’s roots are Lutheran, points out Rev. Patrick Boomhower, who is Pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church, which operates and supports the school, but he emphasized that, “We welcome all children and do not discriminate against students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin.”

We have room for more children, and will accept registration until we reach capacity. Families are welcome to call or stop by, and of course, we are happy to send out information.
