Are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

This is a close knit school who treats families like family. They know and care about each family and deal with discipline issues in a loving, calm, non-threatening manner. My 3 children have went through this school through the years and we've only grown fonder of the school over time. The children feel loved, cared for and are allowed to feel some degree of success each day, thus fostering their love of learning. The academic program is developmentally appropriate and more than prepares them for Kindergarten. The PreK program is wonderful and led by a phenominal teacher with many years experience. Her expertise in teaching, discipline and organization keeps her students on track and interested in always learning more. The children enjoy music and movement class along with a chapel time each week. The teachers and director are a cohesive unit who work together in providing top notch care and instruction for the children. This program is a little longer than most in the area...it goes until 1pm instead of 12 or 12:30. This extra time really makes a differnce for parents. The small size makes it a comfortable place where everyone is your friend! The teachers are there because they want to be and enjoy what they do!
