The BJU Press Footsteps for Fours program we use integrates reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and art into an exciting, challenging, and fun day.

Quality of Teaching

Individualized Teaching: From the Director

We have an I Can Do It! book that challenges children to find and master skills at their own pace while challenge themselves to move to the next level.

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

We send home a weekly folder of student work and school/class newsletters. We also email parents as needed. Quarterly, we assess students on their progress and let parents know where there might be room for improvement. We have parent-teacher conferences twice a year, though parents may meet with teachers whenever needed throughout the year.

Separation is Handled through:

  • Pre-entry meetings with parents at school
  • Small group sessions
  • Extra staff dedicated to handle separation
