Individualized Teaching: From the Director

Each classroom has a teacher and an assistant. The classroom schedule allows some time each day for the teacher or the assistant to spend individual time with a student.

General School Mission

The Academy provides a disctinctly Christian God-centered education. We place the Bible at the center of all learning. We provide a clear model of the Biblical Christian life through our staff and board. The result is a loving environment in which children learn and grow spiritually and academically.

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

Teachers provide parents a copy of their weekly lesson plans. There is also a school wide monthly newsletter. Events include an annual Open House, Donuts with Dads, and Muffins with Moms, Lunch and Learn for parents. Volunteers are welcome as classroom moms, and for special events throughout the year.


Separation is Handled through:

  • Pre-entry meetings with parents at school
  • Extra staff dedicated to handle separation
  • Abbreviated schedule at start of school year

Handling Separation: From the Director

We work with each parent to accomplish the best possible transistion from home to school. We stay in close contact with the parent and use a variety of methods until the child makes a successful adjustment.
