"Each child grows and learns according to a general developmental pattern, which continues at various rates throughout the early childhood years. Since each child is unlike any other child, what a child thinks of himself or herself determines what kind of person they will grow to be. It effects how they will meet challenges and how they will respond to situations and people.
For this reason we firmly believe the child care for children during the developmental years should be a joint effort between the Child Care Center and the Parents. We encourage parent involvement and foster an open door policy. We believe open communication is the key ingredient to providing a stable environment for the children's growth and learning.
