Philosophy & Approach

Day in the Life

General School Mission

"Salem Community Child Care Center subscribes to the principle that child care programs exist for the purpose of promoting, supporting and enhancing children's development and self-esteem. Basic to this purpose is the assumption that all children are individuals of equal worth and value who come to us at their own developmental level and bring with them a unique mixture of culture, family background, personality and learning style. The acceptance and promotion of diversity is valued by the program.
