Philosophy & Approach

School Philosophy

General Approach to Learning: Play-Based

From the Director:

The smaller group activities are out "structured time". This allows for teachers to assess the individual child's interests, capabilities. We use this as an opportunity to support later learning skills and kindergarten readiness. Our Gatherings "Circle Time" are often teacher initiated. The focus of discussion and exploration however, is initiated by the children's interests.
