Our low teacher to student ratio allows for individual attention in our classrooms and with our families.

Day in the Life

General School Mission

It is our aim to establish and maintain standards of excellence in both academics and Christian education. We believe in teaching attitudes as well as aptitudes, for it is during these formative years that the child's pattern of behavior and beliefs are formed.

A Typical Day

Children enjoy an age appropriate curriculum rich in the areas of Music and Movement, Play, Art, Science, Cooking, Math, Language and Phonics. Special events include: field trips, Thanksgiving Feasts, Advent Performance, Pajama Day, Pony Day,Mother's Day Tea, Father's Day Coffee, and Water Play Day.

Home-School Connection: From the Director

Communication is done through home visits, newsletters, classroom calendars, personal conversations with the teacher,telephone conferences and email.
Conferences are held as desired in addition to an annual formal conference.

  • Home visits by teachers
  • Extra staff dedicated to handle separation

Handling Separation: From the Director

Teachers visit their students home before school begins to meet the child. This allows the child the opportunity to feel comfortable with their teacher in a familiar environment. We also have a welcome open house, orientation class, and additional staff to make the transition to school a positive experience.
