General Approach to Learning: Co-op

From the Director:

"We provide an opportunity for parents and children to experience preschool together. Together they learn skills they need, to be supportive parents and good students. All our classes offer age appropriate play, learning experiences and social activities. The play and learn centers in each class include art, science, music, block, a playhouse, a library and activities tables. Outside play areas include swings, a large play structure, playhouses, a children's garden and areas for wheel toys and water play." Extracted from

General School Mission

"There is undoubtedly something special about a cooperative preschool. Our children come to play, to learn, and to grow in social skills. It is also a place where parents can learn more about their children and their job as parents.

In our child-centered environment, your child will grow and develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Our focus is providing a setting where our children can learn the way they learn best, which is through play."
