From the Director:

Our structure is based on the children's interest however, they also learn through play, structured activities and hands-on learning all the skills necessary, such as reading, writing, counting etc to prepare them for kindergarten in a fun way that they don't even realize that they are learning!

General School Mission

Imagine Kids Planet offers situations in which children, whatever their first language, gender, color, learning style or specific abilities, can come to know parts of their world in new ways and help prepare them for living in a global age.

At Imagine Kids Planet children turn small questions and wonders into great creativity.

We believe that children are learning most effectively through the things that are interesting to them.

Our core methodology - The Project Approach - is a revolutionary method that is extremely child-centered.

Children choose a theme and come to deeply understand the nature and association of topics through a project that lasts several weeks to several months.

Teachers explore the surrounding world together with the children.

Throughout this time of opportunity and exploration, they are able to express their interest and come to an understanding in their own way.

A Typical Day

9:00-9:30 Free play as children come in to start the day.
9:30-10:00 Circle Time which includes singing, dancing, reading stories, looking at the days of the week, the weather and show and tell
10:00 potty break and snack time
10:30 Science, Art & Craft, Outside Time
12:00 Potty Break and Lunch
12:30 Pick Up Time
