Day in the Life

General School Mission

A child's preschool years are among the most important years for literacy development. Our curriculum is built around a wide variety of activities designed to develop vocabulary, letter recognition, understanding of phonics and print. Teachers provide an enriched environment with developmentally appropriate activities.

A Typical Day

School opens at 6:30am.
Drop off may be at the parent's convenience. Morning snack is served at 8:45am.
Morning curriculum time begins at 9:00am and includes circle time, early literacy curriculum, music, art and indoor/outdoor play times.
Lunch at 11:45am.
Half day pick up at 12:15pm.
Rest time at 12:30pm
Afternoon snack at 2:45pm.
Additional classroom activities and outdoor playtimes from 3:00 to 5:30pm
School closes at 6:00pm
