From the Director:

Kids Klub has a "back to basics" approach allowing children to reach their full potential for proper growth and development. We provide scheduled learning times, outdoor play, and free play within a consistent fun routine. Our school consists of various discovery centers, each with a unique theme. The children rotate and visit each center which provides them with a stimulating, rich, and enjoyable hands-on learning experience. Equipped with age-appropriate activities, our teachers are skilled and prepared to make each discovery a learning experience. This discovery process provides the building blocks necessary to promote your child's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development..

Quality of Teaching

Individualized Teaching: From the Director

Kids Klub classrooms exceed the state required teacher ratios therefore providing our children with a smaller classroom and more attention from their teachers. Programs are individualized for children depending on their learning level including modified or excelerated curriculum.

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

Kids Klub provides parents with monthly curriculum information so that they can follow and encourage the subjects that their children are learning in school. The children are regularly assessed and progress reports are shared with parents. Infants and toddlers receive daily sheets that provide parents with feeding, diapering, and activity infomation. Preschool families receive weekly newsletters from their teachers and school-wide monthly newsletters are mailed to homes. "Ouch" reports as well as "incident" reports are provided as needed. Teachers often make courtesy calls just to let the parents know how the child is doing or to report on any occurances during the day. The most important connection we have with our parents is our open-door policy. Parents are encouraged to communicate openly with the administration regarding any and all of their needs.

Separation is Handled through:

  • Pre-entry meetings with parents at school

Handling Separation: From the Director

We make a special effort to make the school transition a positive one. New children visit the school, meet their teachers and see their classroom before starting their program. Some families opt to start their child by coming to school in smaller time increments. During the transition period, new parents are welcome to spend an extended time in our conference room after drop off where they can receive updates on their child's progress.
