General Approach to Learning: Montessori

Day in the Life

General School Mission

"Our Montessori Preschool fosters a nurturing, comfortable and open learning environment which allows the children to learn at their own pace.
Our Goal is to create an environment that encourages curiosity. We find this promotes the desire to learn naturally and as a result, the children easily advance to their fullest indiviual potential.
We offer a global, diversified program which encourages children to advance and learn at their own pace.
The Montessori method of learning is designed to take advantage of the most sensitive years, between the ages of two and six, when your child can most easily absorb academic basics from a nurturing environment; at the same time encouraging social skills and genial interaction with peers.
Our Focus is to assist the children in developing their fullest potential while allowing the freedom of experiencing the excitement and joy of learning at their own level of interest and readiness. "
