To assist the child in developing cooperative relationships with other children, and to learn that adults are helping, caring persons in his or her life.
To help the child understand his emotions and express them in a constructive way. To help him realize, “I can do....”. A child who thinks he can succeed in life, will succeed.
To stimulate curiosity; help to develop a greater understanding of the world; equip with language and perception skills that will lead to success in academic learning in later school years. The emphasis is on the child's discovery of concepts.
The school is concerned with the whole child. Since a young child cannot be considered apart from his family relationships, parent involvement is an important part of the school's Early Childhood program.
