At Petits Confettis we are proud to use Handwriting without tears, an American concept to learn how to write, that our professional teachers translated and adapted in French.

Our staff is professional, passionnate and dedicated to preschool children. With more than 20 years of teaching in a well-known French School in the Bay Area, our Teaching Director is trully appreciated by the parents and first by the children and bring all her experience to the children.

Day in the Life

General School Mission

`Petits Confettis` is a new concept of French Immersion Preschool.
A mix between France and United States Curriculum Standards as we follow the structure of the French Education Ministry, while adhering to the American guidelines.
After attending our school, students are prepared to enter French or American Kindergarten.

A Typical Day

School start at 8:30am with a 30 minutes 'Welcome & Free Play'. Then, children will have a circle time, an academic workshop, a snack (nuts free policy), a recess, a workshop and a French story time before lunch and 'morning' dismissal.
For the full-day program, children will have a second recess, then a nap time/quiet time, another circle time with an interactif learning Workshop, a snack (nuts free policy), a recess, another workshop and a French story time before free play, goodbye and a dismissal at 4:30pm.


Separation is Handled through:

  • Pre-entry meetings with parents at school
  • Small group sessions
  • Extra staff dedicated to handle separation
