"St. Peter Lutheran School is a Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, co-educational day school offering
pre-school through eighth grade. It is operated by St. Peter Lutheran Church as a ministry of discipleship,
and governed by the School Board. Our school is uniquely Lutheran. Our primary goal is to provide the
means and opportunities for the spiritual education and development of our students.
The student body is drawn from Lodi and surrounding communities. Students are enrolled on the
basis of our ability to meet their spiritual, academic, emotional, and physical needs as well as their attitude
and involvement in our mission. We strive to meet the needs of each individual student. However, due to
our own limitations we are unable to serve everyone.
The faculty is composed of professionally qualified individuals. It is the goal of the faculty to
provide a Christ-centered education through quality instruction and Gospel-oriented discipline. In addition,
we seek to promote a sense of well-being and success within each student. Furthermore, we aim to
establish a partnership with parents, to involve them in school activities and decisions, and to have open
communication between school and home.
The School Board and the faculty are committed to ongoing professional development that promotes
student learning. We continue to research new learning theories and instructional methods, implementing
those deemed appropriate."
