Philosophy & Approach

School Philosophy

General Approach to Learning: Play-Based, Teacher-Led, Montessori

From the Director:

Nurturing Worth is proud to offer full- and part-time program with a full preschool and kindergarten curriculum, and after-school one-on-one and small group tutoring with carefully prepared developmentally appropriate activities. There is a balance of structured and free play, all with the goal of following the child's development. I believe children construct their understanding of the world through socialization and play, allowing for hands-on manipulation of materials with a real-life application. My mission is to foster a love of learning in all children who attend Nurturing Worth.
