General Approach to Learning: Play-Based, Teacher-Led

Quality of Teaching

Individualized Teaching: From the Director

We facilitate learning using a developmentally appropriate approach that supports learning through art, music, play, exploration, daily routines, scenic outdoor playground and through meaningful interactions with others. We also promote learning by building a sense of community within the classroom and design an environment that is inviting and navigable to a young child, and by allowing the child to make meaningful choices within established boundaries.

Day in the Life

General School Mission

Learning Links has programs for children ages two to five. We strongly believe in providing a nurturing, safe and secure environment for children and their families. We aspire to teach and empower your child to develop a strong foundation for learning by promoting social skills development and school readiness. Art, music, movement, self-help and pre-academic skills are combined to develop lesson plans designed to encourage students to maximize their learning.

A Typical Day

Daily lesson plans are designed to encourage children to become critical thinkers by engaging in dialogue and extending learning experiences that can address multiple disciplines simultaneously.
