From the Director:

Our curriculum is designed to develop a child's self esteem, sense of competence, and positive feelings towards learning.

Day in the Life

General School Mission

We follow high scope curriculum which is based upon our knowledge that children learn best through the first hand sensory experiences of feeling, listening, smelling, tasting and observing. They also need to expect certain guidelines, rules and routines in order to feel safe and secure.

Handling Separation: From the Director

We start talking about Kindergarten six months before the child leaves. We talk about the fact that they can only stay at Wooly Mammoth until the age of 5 and we ask them to come and visit any time after they graduate.
