Day in the Life

General School Mission

We believe that each child is a unique individual. We desire to serve the best interests of the children in our care.
We believe that we can best do this by modeling respect, kindness and love.
We believe that parents are the first and primary educators of their children and that parents trust us to supplement and complement the formation of ideas and values that begin at home. Our policy is to encourage and invite parents to observe and experience our program at any time.

A Typical Day

Each classroom has a daily activity schedule posted. Each preschool class will also have a schedule of weekly units available for your information. The most structured part of the preschool day is the morning from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. During these hours our young learners enjoy a variety of learning activities such as Art Center, Block Center, Manipulative Center, Home Living Center or Book Center. Throughout the day we use music, art, blocks, imaginative play, and children's literature to encourage learning. We set learning goals that are appropriate to each age level and offer experiences that will help your child achieve these goals.
