Notes on Schedule and Extended Care

"In order to accommodate those parents who are unable to pick up their children by 3:45pm, an Aftercare program has been established. Any child who has not been picked up from the carpool lane when the last car has left (and who is not enrolled in an afterschool enrichment program), will be taken to Aftercare until their parent arrives.
The cost for Aftercare program will be $14.00 day. Aftercare must be prepaid. Parents can purchase individual cards for $14.00 a day or a card for 15 days for $180.00 (at a reduced rate of $12.00 per day). These cards will be signed by the parent or a person on your authorized pickup list when the child is picked up at school. The Aftercare program ends at 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday and at 4:00pm on Friday, except for early dismissal days. Any parent who has not picked up their child by that time will be charged $10.00 for every five minutes they are late.
Cards may be purchased in the school office from Harriet Mautner, between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm.
