Application Information

Applications accepted Children who are four years old by may 1 we invite you and your student to tour our campus and visit classes. you can contact the admissions office by phone at 706-731-5260, ext. 2201, or reach me at amccallie@wsa.net. copy of a recent report card and standardized test scores (unofficial copies acceptable). procedure applies to reactivation of previous applications as well. 1.enrollment information form 2.copy of certified birth certificate 3.georgia immunization certificate form 3032 for students transferring from another georgia school or form 3231 for students transferring from a school outside the state of georgia. 4.georgia certificate of eye, ear and dental examinations form 3300 5.tuition prepayment items 3 and 4 may be included with the transcript, and they can be obtained from your local physician or a georgia public health department. forms from other states are not acceptable under georgia law.

Acceptance criteria: After the testing is completed and the transcript has been received the parents will be contacted by the Admissions office to discuss the results and the admission decision. Child’s current and/or former school for teacher evaluations, recommendations, achievement tests, attendance and behavioral records, aptitude test results, transcripts and any additional information which will assist Westminster in its evaluation of your child. Westminster Schools of Augusta admits students to all programs available at the school and awards financial aid without regard to race, religion, color, and national or ethnic origin

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
