| Applications accepted | Parents wishing to enroll their child in west florida christian school should call for an appointment for an interview have interview - parents and student(s) together the results of a physical exam within the previous twelve months. a photocopy of the student's birth certificate. a photocopy of the student's social security card a medical release form. blue hrs-680 form for shot records. a financial and cooperation agreement (signed by parents). a financial reference from the previous school may be requested. if a family is current in meeting their financial obligations, re-enrollment can be accomplished by filling out all necessary registration forms, updating health records, and paying the registration fee., children may enter the k-3 program through the school year when they are three years old and potty trained. enrollment closes 4th quarter. |
