Application Information

Applications accepted We invite you to come and visit our school. you can make an appointment by calling our director, barbara hassall. your child must be two (2) years old on or before december 31st of the current year in order to enter the 2 year old class. your child must be three (3) on or before december 31st of the current year in order to enter the three year old class. the child entering the four year old class must be four (4) on or before december 31st of the current year. all children, except those entering the two (2) year old class must be fully toilet trained. a health form (form hrs-h3040-march 91) completed by the child's physician must be filed with the director. we cannot admit any child without these records. all immunization shots recommended by the child's physician and required by the health department should be given and recorded on the proper forms (blue hrs 680) and also turned in before the child can be admitted. it is a requirement of sunrise christian academy that a copy of the child's certified birth certificate be submitted at registration.
Application Information $400.00.
Acceptance criteria: Our policies are non-discriminatory and we welcome children of all ethnic, social and religious backgrounds with the understanding that our curriculum is Christian-based. Waiting List

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
