Application Information

Applications accepted The two year old class must be toilet trained. the children in the three year old program must be three before september 1st. the four-year-old classes who must be four years old on or before september 1st. hrs #3040 medical form obtained from your child's doctor. this form certifies that your child has received the immunizations required by the state of florida. the physical examination is valid for two years. this form must be in our office prior to the first day of school.
Acceptance criteria: South Miami Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, sex, national, ethnic origin and abilities. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national, ethnic origin or abilities. Privileges, programs, and general activities and policies are made available to all students at South Miami Lutheran School. Admission is open to all provided the school has openings. We admit on a first-come, first-served policy Registration for our church families and current school families is accepted the first week of March, for the following Fall. All others will be accepted beginning the second week of March and thereafter

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
