| Applications accepted | 1. schedule a visit to our campus for a personal tour for you and your child. 2. submit your completed registration/enrollment form with the required enrollment fees and educational materials fees. 3. submit the original form(s) hrs-680, blue immunization form, and form hrs-3040 (yellow physical form) within three days of registration. all medical forms are available from your doctor's office. hrs requires that we have the original forms and are not able to accept photo copies. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
