| Applications accepted | To register, please call or visit the school office for admission information. children must be age 2 or older by september 1 of the desired school year to enroll in preschool. children who are two by december 31 st may enroll in the 5-day 2 year old program as they become 2 and are potty proficient. children must be potty proficient children must have a current student health exam form (dh-3040) and a florida certificate of immunization form (dh 680) supplied and signed by a physician. |
