| Applications accepted | Steps for enrollment: complete the application for enrollment and return to meadowview school with the application fee of $50 (non-refundable) per student. this fee must be paid to place student's name on a waiting list for enrollment. provide meadowview school with a copy of any and all diagnostic evaluations. the principal will determine if any additional testing is needed. after the principal has an opportunity to review diagnostic testing, schedule an appointment for the student to visit in a classroom at meadowview school. after steps 1, 2, 3 are completed, schedule an appointment for an interview of the student and the parent(s) or guardian(s) with the principal. complete the parental consent for record release and send it to the student's present school so that cumulative records can be forwarded to meadowview school for review. after meadowview school accepts the student, the parent(s) or guardian(s) will be eligible to sign an enrollment contract and pay $200 enrollment fee (non-refundable) per student. a student will be allowed to attend classes at meadowview school only after: enrollment contract is signed and accepted appropriate tuition and fee payments have been made. required immunization and health records have been submitted. all immunizations and/or booster must be current. a doctor or health official, as required by texas department of health resources, must validate health and immunizations records. new students may enroll throughout the school year on a space-available basis. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
