Application Information
| Applications accepted | All new families are required to have an interview with jca administration. the student applicant and at least one parent must attend this interview. they must be two, three, or four years old (respectively) on or before september 1 st . application fee, enrollment contract, birth certificate, immunization card, recent physical, and school transcripts or most recent report card must be submitted before the application packet is complete. the following forms are required for final acceptance of a student prior to the students first day of school: 1. facts authorization 2. parent commitment form 3. off-campus activity consent form 4. copy of social security card 5. completed physical examination 6. current immunization record and requirements 7. copy of birth certificate 8. $25.00 application fee 9. $25.00 p.e. fee authorization for emergency care notice of medication protocol authorization for administration of non-medical medications school transcripts sat scores |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
