Application Information
| Applications accepted | A minimum of two half days per week is required for all children attending our early childhood center. to provide consistency in our pre-school program, we strongly recommend that three-year-olds attend a minimum of three times per week, and that four-year-olds attend five times per week. special schedules can be arranged with the director. the schedule given to the director is to be followed unless other arrangements have been made. overtime, days added, or days extended from a $150 deposit and a $35 registration fee are required along with the completed registration form in order to reserve your child's place in our early childhood enter. the deposit will be applied to your june tuition. *ny state mandates that all early childhood forms must be completed and returned to the director prior to the start date of the program. |
| Acceptance criteria: | Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis from members of the Jewish Community Center. Upon reaching capacity, we establish a waiting list. Families on the waiting list are given priority as space becomes available. Applications are accepted year round.In addition, yourJewish Community Center membership must be current throughout your child's enrollment in the Early Childhood Center.The Jewish Community Center of Greater Buffalo is just that…a COMMUNITY Center. Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
