Application Information
| Applications accepted | When submitting a child application, please include a copy of the child's immunization record. a current well-child exam and dental exam are required. a copy of the child's immunization record and birth certificate must be submitted prior to attendance at a center. a current well-child and dental exam are also required by a specified date. in the event that there are no spaces available in head start, i authorize the release of my child's name, address, phone number and contact information to other local preschool programs. please call 1-800-792-0366 to schedule an appointment for an application packet. (children must be 3 before december 1st) |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
