Application Information

Applications accepted Parents of currently enrolled children are always welcome to visit their child at the center. prior to your child's attendance at the center, you must complete and return the following forms for his/her file: a signed contract (with deposit) emergency card participation release form a current health form signed by a physician family profile sunscreen/directory permission transportation permission
Acceptance criteria: Children are given priority for enrollment in our program in this order: Currently enrolled children who wish to change schedules or locations Siblings of currently enrolled children Children living in the center's elementary school districts All other interested children. Within these categories, our waiting list is based on the first date that contact was made with the center

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
