| Applications accepted | An appointment for a school tour can be made after these dates 2 year old toddler program: (must turn two by 9/01/06) 3 year old preschool: (must turn three by 9/01/06) 4 year old pre-kindergarten: (must turn four by 9/01/06) students placed on a class list must provide the following at one time by august 1, 20071. copy of student’s birth certificate (newly enrolled only)2. immunizations- ga dhr form #3231-your child’s pediatrician can provide this form.3. saint brigid day school forms (these forms will be mailed to you with acceptance letter) a. health form (completed by your pediatrician) b. authorization form for pick up, medical emergency and health release c. signed enrollment agreement (if applicable)4. a family photograph and 2 child photographs for their classroom5. reminder students in our 3, 4 and 5 year old classes must be potty trained |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
