| Applications accepted | Children's files all children must have the following forms on file at the erccd: ? application ? parent/ guardian emergency permission ? parent agreement ? medical examination form (dh340) ? know your day care brochure ? field trip authorization form ? nutrition plan ? certificate of immunization (dh680) ? fau student/class schedule card for current services ? emergency notification & release card with child's pictures (2) children who turn three prior to september 1 and are completely potty trained will advance to the three-year-old room when the new school year begins in august children must be four by september 1 in order to be placed in the pre-kindergarten rooms. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
