Applications accepted Set up an appointment for you and your child (if born) to meet with the teachers and tour e&d. upon enrollment, each child must have on file a complete set of registration forms – in addition to having supplied the required fees (described under "fees"): · enrollment application · statement of parent participation · parent staffing survey · fee agreement · child’s admission record · child’s developmental history · statement of health (filled out and signed by doctor) · general health appraisal (initialed by doctor and put on file at e&d after each well-child visit thru 24 months of age) · immunization card or waiver card (filled out and signed by doctor) · emergency transport · authorization to pick-up child · allergy sheet · sunscreen permission form

Application fee: $75.00

Acceptance criteria: When a vacancy occurs in either the infant or the toddler classroom, the enrollment coordinator will fill the vacancy, according to the following priorities: 1) Currently enrolled children are promoted from the infant room to the toddler room when they are developmentally ready (between one and two years of age). 2) Currently enrolled children can increase the number of days in their current classroom if there is a vacancy in that room, in order of the date requested. 3) Children of current and alumni E&D families and E&D staff are enrolled, in order of the date added to the waiting list. To be included in this priority, alumni families must have left E&D in good standing. 4) Children of new families on the waiting list are enrolled, in order of the date added to the list
