| Applications accepted | If you or your parents wish to meet with a teacher or the principal please contact the office for an appointment. parents may also leave a message for a teacher or principal at 278-2598 and by following the cues given by the telephone system. the interview process will review and reaffirm the expectations and procedures of calvary lutheran school, of the student and of his or her family. additionally, this interview will include a tour and allow the family, student and administrator to identify specific needs. complete the application for admission form and turn it in, along with the $250 nonrefundable registration/application fee. review, sign, and return the covenant relationship statement. once all the forms have been received by calvary lutheran school, the administrator will contact you to set up a testing date and interview. the child whose third birthday occurs on or before december 2 may enter preschool class in september of the same year. preschoolers must be potty-trained. all new pupils enrolling in the school must present a proof of age. immunization requirements: we require students to be up to date on their immunizations according to state requirements. | Acceptance criteria: | Calvary Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities that are made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, athletic or other school administered programs. Waiting List Incoming students are given the Comprehensive Tests of Basic Skills in reading comprehension and math computation to assist Calvary Lutheran School in determining the needs of the student. Order of Admissions: Applications for admission and enrollment are accepted in the following order: 1. Children of congregational members and returning students. 2. Children of members of other church denominations. 3. Unbaptized and unchurched children of the community |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Make sand at home! Half the fun is creating, and half is playing with the material. Mix all listed ingredients together in a plastic bin, and then give your child small containers, shovels, funnels so that they can dump and fill. Toy cars and bulldozers are also a lot of fun.
