| Acceptance criteria: | Currently enrolled students (enrollment must be received by set deadline) Siblings of currently enrolled students Balancing of ages and gender in each classroom Transfers from other Montessori schools Date of application If classes are full, prospective students will be put on a waiting list. Returning students will be given priority over new students on the returning list. The Director will make the final decision regarding student enrollment. Families may request a particular program, but the final placement will be made by the Director with faculty recommendations. The M.I.S.D. Children's House admits and welcomes students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities available to students at the school.
