Application Information
| Applications accepted | Call the office, 602-252-3759, to arrange for a tour or observation of the school. you can meet with the school director or assistant director to view the primary and/or toddler classrooms |

| Acceptance criteria: | Serving a community from a variety of religious, cultural, and economic backgrounds. Fill out and sign the ENROLLMENT APPLICATION and return it to the school office to place your child on our WAITING LIST. This will place your child in our waiting list pool. You will be contacted for an Student Enrollment Assessment when spaces in your child’s age range become available. The Khalsa Montessori School WAITING LIST is a one-year list that opens the last Monday of July and does not roll over from year to year. If your child is not accepted for the current school year, you must fill out another application for the next year. Fill out and sign the ENROLLMENT CONTRACT and pay the appropriate enrollment, placement and material fees. You will be contacted when spaces in your child’s age range become available and you should complete the Enrollment Contract. Make sure you have read the school’s financial policy before signing the contract |

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
