| Applications accepted | Request a school overview brochure. schedule a classroom observation and campus tour (adults only). mail the application form to msd. complete the application process for the program to which you are applying: primary and all day primary (pre-k, ages 3-4) student recommendation (for children currently attending another school or preschool) student visit with parent (optional) extended primary (kindergarten, ages 5-6) student recommendation and records (for children currently attending another school or preschool) student visit (required) please submit a copy of your child's birth certificate with the application |
