| Applications accepted | Children entering the three-year-old program must be three years of age on or before september 30 and be "potty" trained/no diapers to be eligible for admittance in september of that year. children entering the four-year-old program must be four years of age on or before september 30 to be eligible for admittance in the fall. copies of the student's birth certificate and health and immunization records are required for prekindergarten and kindergarten applicants. copies of all standardized test scores and all prior report cards birth certificate student and parent classroom visitation and tour he student's application file will be placed in the student candidate pool in the order in which it was approved by the admissions committee. you will be notified when space becomes available. |

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
