Application Information

Applications accepted call the school office to schedule an appointment the state school immunization .the legislation requires that an immunization record be kept on file for each pupil. students must be thirty-six months old to enroll. students may enroll at the beginning of the school year, the third week of october, or after january 1.forms to be completed: registration, emergency transportation authorization, health questionnaire (parent), child's medical statement, interview agreement form, emergency medical authorization. enrollment in the montessori preschool will be effective when parents have turned in the completed registration form and the registration fee. in addition, new families must have an interview with the director.
Acceptance criteria: In accordance with Christian principles, St. Peter's Schools admit students of any race, color, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities. Students currently enrolled in St. Peter's Montessori, Elementary, Junior High, and High Schools. Siblings of students currently enrolled in St. Peter's Montessori, Elementary, Junior High, and High Schools whose parents or guardians are active parishioners of St. Peter's or Resurrection Parish. An active parishioner is one who is registered with the parish, demonstrates commitment to the Catholic faith by regularly attending weekly liturgy, volunteers time or service in a parish or school ministry, and provides regular financial support to the parish to the best of his/her ability. Siblings of students currently enrolled in St. Peter's whose parents or guardians are non-parishioners. New students whose parents or guardians are active members of St. Peter's or Resurrection parishes. New students from other Catholic parishes. New students whose parents are non-parishioners
