| Applications accepted | To enroll in the pre-school kindergarten programs, the child must be 4 (pre-school ) years old on or before october 1. pastor’s referral form (enclosed) birth certificate copy of a most recent report card signed agreement statement (pg. 2 in parent/student handbook) copy of standardized achievement testing results immunizations on a kentucky state form (at ky. dr.’s office or contact the kentucky health dept.) physical form if no med. forms are attached, give the date of your dr. appt. on dr.’s stationery decisions on admittance will be based on former school records, placement tests, and an admission interview. please call the office to make an appointment to visit school visit. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
