Applications accepted Registration based on the child's age as of september 1 of the school year. children should be potty trained by the age of 4 years old except in the case of a physical impairment. it is required that your child's immunization record be up-to-date by september. we must have an official, current certificate of immunization, which is issued by the georgia department of human resources or by your private physician.
