Applications accepted Early head start serves pregnant women and children 6 weeks old through 3 years old. head start serves residents throughout the county who have children who will be three or four years old by september 1. to complete an application for your child, you must provide the following. form 3231-immunization certificate a copy of the birth certificate a copy of your current tax return or proof of family income for the past 12 months. social security numbers for all family members. documentation of tanf, ssi or relative care subsidy, if applicable medicaid, peach care or insurance number, if any.

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
